7 Years Warranty Policy for Faucets

Procedure for Warranty Claims:

1. Contact our customer support team at support@hippostore.in with your warranty claim.
2. Provide necessary details such as order number, product details, and description of the issue.
3. Our team will guide you through the process and provide instructions for returning the product if necessary.
4. Upon receipt of the product, we will inspect it and proceed with the appropriate warranty service as per the policy.

Breakage Warranty:

• In the event of breakage during fitting, a warranty of 7 days is provided.
• Beyond the initial 7 days after purchase, no warranty is applicable for breakage.
• The warranty covers natural breakage there shouldn’t be any signs of heavy impact.

Coverage:

• This warranty policy covers faucets purchased from hippostore.in for a duration of 7 years.
• The warranty specifically covers body leakage issues for faucets with brass bodies only.
• Cartridge issues are not covered under the warranty and will be chargeable for repair or replacement.
• Corrosion is not included in the warranty coverage as it depends on the water density of the customer’s location.

Customer Responsibilities:

• Customers are required to contact support@hippostore.in for any warranty claims or inquiries.
• The customer will be responsible for one side of the courier charges when returning the product for warranty service.

Company Responsibilities:

• Hippostore.in will cover one side of the courier charges for products returned under warranty.
• We commit to addressing valid warranty claims promptly and efficiently.

Exclusions:

• Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, or accidents is not covered under this warranty.
• Modifications or alterations to the product by the customer will void the warranty.
• Normal wear and tear, including scratches and surface blemishes, are not covered under this warranty.

Maintenance Guidelines:

• Clean the faucet regularly with a water-soaked soft towel or bathing soap solution.
• Avoid using cleaning agents containing acids or chemicals.
• Do not use salt or vinegar-based cleaning agents.
• Refrain from rubbing the faucet with Emery paper/cleaning powder.
• Protect the faucet from water scaling, acid fumes, scratching during cleaning, and atmospheric conditions.
